Diagnostic:

Patient arrives to consultation having two crowns in bad condition on front teeth anteriores (Incisors); these had cavities and they were made of non-esthetic materials, resides not being biocompatibles with gums, which made them become purple.

Treatment:

After evaluating the bite was functional, proceeded to change old crowns for Inceram crows which interior made of zirconium or albumin gives resistence to porcelain and esthetic to teeth.
Besides, this material has the advantage of allowing light entry working esthetically as a natural tooth. At the same time, this material is biocompatible with gums keeping them healthy.
