Treatment
Picture 003: To correct the maxillary superior arch symmetrics a fixed maxillary expander was used.
Picture 004: The bar watched on superior maxillary is used to keep the cross dimension gotten.
Result
After treatment we can see a large improvement on bite and also on chin shape. On the other hand, we should wait at least six months to overcome gums inflammation.
