Diagnosis:
Absence of the right lateral incisor caused by a trauma in this zone, producing a tooth fracture and its later extraction.
Treatment:
Because of the absence of the right lateral incisor, the patient used a removable partial prosthesis to replace the missing tooth. She requested an artificial fixed tooth to be made as she refused to use a bridge for the dental structure weakening of the neighbor teeth. She received a titanium dental implant which had the function of the tooth root to be replaced, and then we put in it a porcelain crown.
