Diagnóstic:

Patient goes to consultation presenting sensitivity (pain) to temperature changes on 3.5 piece. Clinically we watched an old amalgam with filtering edges. On x-ray a periodontal ligament widening was watched especially on mesial root and a little apical injury. Irreversible Pulpitis.

Treatment: Biopulpectomy or endodoncia.
