Diagnostic:

43 year old female patient goes to a consultation with the four upper frontal teeth on bad condition. Left and right incisors, and left center incisor had resin laminates on bad condition (bad anathomy and color). Right central incisor with a metal ceramics crown which tattoed gums on purple and they hadn’t right esthetics.

Treatment  and Result:

We removed right central incisor crown and changad it for an Inceram crown (Porcelain crown metal free), the gums tattooing dissapeared.
On side incisors (2) and left central incisor we changed resin laminates for porcelain laminates.
